I hold a degree in History from the National University of San Marcos and have two master's degrees: one in Strategic Studies and International Security from the University of Granada and another in Historical and Territorial Heritage from the University of Cantabria, the latter pursued thanks to a postgraduate scholarship awarded by the Ibero-American University Association for Postgraduate Studies. Currently, I am a master candidate in Territorial Resources and Land Management Strategies at the University of Cantantabria and the Univiersity of Oviedo. Additionally, I have obtained microcredentials in Free Software and Digital Tools for History, as well as in Techniques for Digital Spatial Information Analysis and Management using GIS, both from the University of Cantabria. My academic background is complemented by international certifications in Project Management and in History, Environment, and Disasters from Karlstad University (Sweden), as well as in Crisis Prevention and Management from the University of San Martín de Porres.
I work as a researcher in the City, Infrastructure, and Climate Change Group at the University of Cantabria. My professional experience includes cultural management and a strong track record as a researcher specializing in global dynamics, with a particular focus on geopolitics, international security, and territorial heritage governance.
I firmly believe that Peru's development depends on adopting a strategic international vision based on the analysis of geopolitical and geoeconomic trends over time. My commitment is to contribute to the design of policies that integrate historical understanding, technological innovation, and territorial planning, with the goal of positioning Peru as a key player in the global context.
